SHIPPING WITHIN CONTINENTAL USA
We ship within continental USA via UPS Ground Service or USPS. We reserve the right to choose between these two shipping methods unless you request differently via phone. When you enter shipping information online our system calculates shipping and handling fee based on the shipping address ZIP code. You can see the final shipping and handling cost before placing the order We do not ship to PO boxes or FPO and APO addresses. We reserve the right to choose the method of shipment. SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII
Shipping costs vary and based on destination. Please place the order as usual but we may contact you before sending you merchandise if the actual shipping costs will be different from what you have initially. Our standard shipping rate, shipping discounts or free promotional shipping do not apply when items ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

We may contact you in case the shipping and handling costs will exceed the amount presented online for your approval. International customers or recipients need to understand that importing the orders into their home country may trigger additional import duties (charges). These charges are different for each country and may not be calculated during ordering process. It is understood that international customers (recipients) are fully responsible for such customs duties. Please consult customs authorities about the amount of these charges.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE USA AND CANADA.
For International orders cost of shipping & handling is calculated for estimation purpose. Please continue to check out and placing the order. We will contact you to get your approval for charges if the actual cost of shipping and handling will be higher than 5% from estimated cost reflected on you check out page.

CAN I FIGURE OUT SHIPPING CHARGES BEFORE I COMPLETE THE ORDER ONLINE?
Yes. Our checkout process gives customer the TOTAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING price before the actual amount has been charged to your credit card. The shipping price you see online is based on UPS shipping estimates and our handling fee. We leave the right to ship via any of the following currier services (UPS or USPS) in order to deliver your order as fast as possible. All special shipping (such as overnight, Saturday delivery, outside of the USA etc) are subject to special request and will be based on the amount of boxes, measurements and weight. We guarantee that you will receive the highest quality goods. However if you do not like what you received from us you may return merchandise within 15 days from the date of receipt of the shipment for a full refund. However the customer will be responsible for freight and 15% restock fee.
If you got broken or damaged items please FILE CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of merchandise for exposed or concealed damage or shortage. Should damage occur after the merchandise has left our warehouse, DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT as this will cause unnecessary delay and expense. Please report all claims other than damage IN WRITING TO Dancing Stand WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF GOODS.
NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 15 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
Customers will be invoiced for freight on any unauthorized returned shipments and will be assessed a 15% restock fee. Customers requesting reshipping are responsible for any new freight charges
